Curtain Hardware Australia (Acquired 2020)
Founded in 1976, Curtain Hardware supplies and develops drapery fittings for commercial and residential clients nationwide.
The founder was seeking a partner who would preserve the company’s reputation while modernising its operations.
We consolidated Curtain Hardware Co (NSW), TraxWest (WA), and Remlap Tracking (SA), invested in motorisation technology, and professionalised processes.
Between 2023-2025, we sold down our interest to Hunter Douglas (3G Capital).

Skills Network
Skills Network is a leading Australian provider of vocational education and training. With a strong presence across the country, the organisation delivers nationally recognised qualifications in areas such as business, community services, healthcare, and leadership. Skills Network is known for its commitment to accessible, high-quality training that supports real-world outcomes for students and employers alike.
The founding team sought a partner to help expand their digital capability and enhance student support while maintaining their strong educational standards. Venture Growth Partners worked closely with the team to modernise operations, improve compliance frameworks, and lay the foundation for scalable national growth.
Since acquisition, VGP has introduced new training delivery technologies, strengthened governance, and supported the expansion of course offerings across Australia.

Safety Corp (Acquired 2024)
Safety Corp is a respected provider of accredited workplace training in first aid, fire safety, emergency response, workplace health and safety compliance, and mental health.
We acquired Safety Corp in 2024 (along with Skills Network).
Our focus continues to be delivering practical training that saves lives, as we grow the business sustainably.

Marrow Meats (Acquired 2025)
Established by chefs, Marrow Meats supplies premium, ethically sourced grass-fed meats to leading restaurants and consumers in South-East Queensland.
The founders partnered with us to scale the business while maintaining its commitment to regenerative farming, transparency, and education.
Together, we have expanded retail capacity, improved inventory systems, and launched new direct-to-consumer channels — all while upholding its standards.

The Boocock family's legacy in the Australian meat industry spans more than a century, beginning in 1923.
Boocock's is known for its wide selection of premium cuts — all sourced from leading Australian producers. The business has built a loyal following by specialising in grass-fed, free-range, and organic meats, backed by a deep commitment to provenance and producer relationships.
In 2024, we partnered with the Boocock family to preserve everything that has made the business exceptional, while investing in its next chapter — expanding the retail footprint, deepening supply chain capability, and growing its reach across South-East Queensland.

ABC Licence Training (ABC First Aid)
ABC Licence Training (Acquired 2021)
ABC Licence Training is one of Australia’s preeminent first-aid training businesses.
As a Registered Training Organisation, it provides course materials, compliance, and intellectual property to trainers and co-providers.
Most trainers have worked with the business for many years, delivering on-site training to schools, childcare centres, mining companies, and medical centres.
We began discussions in early 2020 and completed the acquisition in January 2021.
Our role has been to bring in exceptional management to maintain high standards of compliance and support the trainers, while enabling the business to grow.

ClearWaste
ClearWaste (Acquired 2020)
Formerly Environmental Separator Maintenance, ClearWaste designs, installs, and maintains wastewater equipment across Queensland.
After twenty-four years, the founder sought to retire but wanted to preserve staff and client relationships.
We structured a transaction that rewarded the founder and retained all employees.
We rebranded the business, modernised its online presence, and brought in industry specialists.
In 2024, these improvements were recognised by Remondis, a global waste-services provider who reached out about acquiring the business.
A transaction was subsequently agreed and completed in 2025.

EzFurn
EzFurn (Acquired 2023)
EzFurn has been a leading importer and wholesaler of commercial furniture for the hospitality and office sectors since 2009.
Its sophisticated supply-chain management — from sourcing and manufacturing to logistics — enables it to offer premium European-designed furniture at competitive prices.
With VGP’s support, EzFurn is scaling operations, deepening manufacturer relationships, and enhancing customer service.

Quickcheck
Quickcheck (Acquired 2022)
Quickcheck assists property owners and managers in meeting legislative requirements for smoke alarms and fire safety.
Qualified electricians provide smoke-alarm upgrades, annual safety inspections, and ancillary electrical services.
Since becoming part of the VGP group, Quickcheck has invested in staff training and scheduling systems to deliver services efficiently as it grows.
In June 2026, the business was sold to Bella Capital to facilitate its next stage of growth.
