Edward is a Recovering Lawyer and the founder of a business that grew from kitchen table to public listing. He has built, bought and grown many other businesses in the last ten (10) years. Some have underperformed, most have enjoyed at least modest success.
In each transaction and in every interaction, Edward is searching for energy, enthusiasm, learning, improvement, joy and positive action in all things.

John Liston has over a decade of experience advising, founding, and investing in small businesses across Australia.
Since 2019, he has successfully led numerous acquisitions and divestments in industries including manufacturing, financial services, education, property, and professional services.
Previously, John served as Chairman of Liston Newton Advisory, an AFR Top 100 Accounting and Wealth firm, where he played a key role in its growth and diversification.
Now based on the Gold Coast, he combines his passion for business with a focus on family and an active coastal lifestyle, always seeking the perfect balance between work and surf.
